How we want to help.

At every council event at least two awareness team members can be approached — if you or someone around you has experienced a boundary violation, and also if you feel uncomfortable for any other reason. Between events the awareness leads can be reached.

We always agree next steps and the involvement of other services with you. Self-determined and safe.

  • You approach us. In person, via the bar, through friends or on the awareness number. The code question “Is Luisa here?” is enough too.
  • We go with you to a quieter place. If you want to. Sometimes the spot where you are standing is the right one.
  • You tell us as much as you want. Or nothing at all. We only ask what we need to know in order to help.
  • Together we work out what helps now. Quiet, water, a phone call, company on the way home, asking another person to leave, a trip to hospital, a police report. You choose.
  • Afterwards we remain reachable. Even days later. Through the awareness leads, long after the event is over.

Awareness team

Announced and recognisable at events. They are trained, work in pairs and can be reached all evening — in person, via the bar or on the awareness number.

Awareness phone: 0152 09043326, during events only.

Awareness leads

We are Anna and Niklas. We can be reached when no event is on, we organise the presence of the awareness team, keep training, and are the link between support and those who need it.

Contact via kontakt@fsagrar.de, in person, by WhatsApp to individual members, or by letter to Katzenburgweg 9, 53115 Bonn.

Is Luisa here?

We are part of the campaign. Anyone who feels uncomfortable, harassed or pressured gets discreet help with the code question “Is Luisa here?” — from the council, the awareness team or at the bar.

Recognisable by posters, stickers and badges. The campaign was initiated by Frauen-Notruf Münster e.V. and is coordinated in Bonn by the city’s equal opportunities office and the counselling centre against sexualised violence.

Get involved

You become an awareness team member not through an office but through training. We run training regularly and welcome anyone who wants to take on shifts.

Get in touch with the awareness leads or come to the meeting on Mondays at 8 pm.
